सर्वस्य चाहं हृदि संनिविष्टो

मत्तः स्मृतिः ज्ञानमपोहनं च। 

वेदैः सर्वैः अहमेव वेद्यो

वेदान्तकृत् वेदविदेव चाहम्।।१५।।

Consciousness is the content of it's own.

Emptying the consciousness (mind) of it's content takes to a silence, that is neither cultivated, nor a reaction activated due to any external stimulus / Conditioning / influences.
