Chapter 5, shloka 8,
’स्वपन्’ / 'swapan', - while / dreaming, sleeping,

naiva kinchitkaromIti
yukto manyeta tattvavit |

Meaning :
One who knows Reality and is well established in the 'Self', never takes himself as the doer of those actions  like 'seeing',  'hearing', 'touch', 'smell', 'eating', 'going and coming' 'dreaming / sleeping', that seem to happen to the body-mind only and not to the 'Self' he abides in.
--
(Note : This may be pointed out here, that the Sanskrit verb-root of 'sleep' and 'dream' is 'स्वप्' / 'swap', which gives us two different meanings. One means a sleep when one is totally unaware of the world and also of the Reality that is ever-present 'Self' only. Such a man when is 'aware' of a 'physical-world' perceived through senses, or a 'mental-world' as is interpreted by the mind through 'memory', still remains unaware of the inherent Reality, and keeps on 'dreaming' only. A jnAni in comparison how-ever, never loses sight of the Reality, though he may or may not be grasping the apparent physical or mental world at the same time.)
